5. No Fees Policy

• We do not charge any fees from candidates for job placement services
• However, we reserve the right to introduce paid services in the future

6. Candidate Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information provided by you is accurate and truthful
• You will not submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• You are solely responsible for your actions and submitted data

7. Verification & Misconduct

• If any candidate is found providing false information, fake documents, or engaging in misuse:
  • Access may be terminated immediately
  • Legal action may be taken as per applicable laws

8. Placement & Employment Responsibility

• Our responsibility is limited to facilitating job placement
• Once placed:
  • Salary, work conditions, and employment terms are managed by the hiring company
  • Any disputes must be resolved directly between the candidate and the company
• In some cases:
  • We may assist in payroll management
  • In other cases, payroll is handled entirely by the hiring company

9. Limitation of Liability

Elite Placement shall NOT be held responsible for:

• Job loss or termination
• Salary delays or disputes
• Company policies or working conditions
• Any misconduct by hiring companies or candidates

10. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to our services
• Remove or restrict users who violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activities

11. Third-Party Content

• Company logos, job descriptions, and brand materials belong to respective companies
• Elite Placement does not claim ownership over third-party content

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Branding
• Logo
• Text
• Design

are the property of Elite Placement and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Future Modifications

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time
• Users will be notified of significant changes (where applicable)

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
